Spain offers an entrepreneur visa for non-EU nationals proposing an innovative business of special economic interest to Spain, governed by Law 14/2013 and processed through the fast-track Large Companies and Strategic Sectors Unit (UGE). This route survived the 2025 reform that abolished the investor Golden Visa. ICEX-Invest in Spain supports innovative entrepreneurs.
