Official forms

  • Singapore SG Arrival Card — Electronic declaration required before entering Singapore
Checked against the official page on 2026-08-09
    How to file
    1. Check whether you must submit one — all travellers do, except transit passengers not clearing immigration and residents arriving by land
    2. Submit it within the 3 days before you arrive
    3. Use the free SGAC e-Service or the MyICA mobile app — ICA charges nothing and does not endorse paid third-party services
    4. Complete the electronic health declaration truthfully; a false declaration can be prosecuted
    5. Submit and wait for the acknowledgement email
    6. Carry your travel document and the SGAC confirmation through immigration clearance
  • Singapore Permanent Resident Application — Apply for Singapore Permanent Resident online
Checked against the official page on 2026-08-09
    How to file
    1. Check which eligibility route applies: spouse or unmarried child under 21 of a citizen or PR, aged parent of a citizen 21 or over, Employment Pass or S Pass holder, a student who has passed a national exam or is in the Integrated Programme, or a foreign investor under EDB's Global Investor Programme
    2. Register Singpass accounts first — everyone named on the application has to log in to declare, and a Singpass application can take 2 to 5 working days
    3. Family applications are submitted by the sponsor (the citizen or PR spouse, parent or child); pass holders and students aged 15 and over apply for themselves
    4. Gather certified true copies and official translations of every document not in English — translated by the issuing country's embassy or a notary public, or privately translated and then attested or notarised
    5. Male applicants must read the National Service information at cmpb.gov.sg before applying
    6. Submit through the ICA e-Service, then have every applicant review the form and give their declaration
    7. Pay S$100 per application on submission by credit or debit card, AMEX, internet direct debit or PayNow — all fees are non-refundable
    8. On completion of formalities pay S$20 for the Entry Permit, S$50 for a 5-year Re-Entry Permit and S$50 for the identity card
    9. Allow up to 6 months for processing; ICA has no affiliation with any commercial immigration consultancy and endorses none
