How to file
- Check first whether you need it at all — GCC nationals enter with a passport or GCC ID and do not use this route
- Open hayya.qa or install the mobile app
- Enter your nationality and travel details; the options offered depend on the nationality
- Choose the visa type from the tourist e-Visa options shown
- Complete the application and upload the documents asked for
- Track the status in the portal until the permit is approved
- The platform also handles Abu Samra land-border crossing services and hosting applications for family and friends
