How to file
1. Apply at least 7 days before departure — the portal states this as a requirement, not a recommendation
2. Sign up with an email address and your basic details
3. Sign in and complete the application form
4. Pay online by Visa, MasterCard or another debit card
5. Wait for the email telling you the application has been processed and giving its current status
