Wuhan is Hubei’s capital and the largest city of Central China, a rail hub where the Yangtze and Han rivers meet. It has many universities (Wuhan University) and the Optics Valley (Guanggu) tech cluster. Cost of living is low; reganmian noodles are famous. Summers are hot; the city spans three historic towns.
